Commander Igarashi's article on Women, Peace and Security (WPS) published in a NATO-related publication (pp.29-31)

An article introducing Japan’s efforts on Women, Peace and Security (WPS), co-authored by Commander Igarashi of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force—currently serving as a partner nation staff officer at NATO Headquarters International Military Staff (IMS)—and Lieutenant Colonel Verbanck of the Belgian Army, who is responsible for Japan within NATO IMS, has been published in Issue No. 39 of Everywhere Rapidly, a NATO-affiliated magazine issued by NATO Rapid Deployable Corps – Italy.
