LtCol TAKAHASHI Sakie (JASDF) Participation in the IAMDCOE Conference

From 25 to 28 May, LtCol TAKAHASHI Sakie, a Japan Air Self Defense Force officer stationed at the NATO International Military Staff (IMS) as a Partnership Staff Post Officer, participated in the 5th Annual Integrated Air and Missile Defence Centre of Excellence (IAMDCOE) Conference.
During the conference themed, “Sky is the limit? Not in IAMD. From space to ground”, allies and partners came together to discuss and explore the developments in air and missile defence from space, AI and beyond.
LtCol TAKAHASHI also presented Japan's IAMD initiatives highlighting its multi-layered defense system as well as the common security challenges facing both the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific regions.
